The undersigned desires to participate in Yeshu Samaj Cricket League (YSCL) and understands and acknowledges that the undersigned may incur personal injury or bodily damage while participating in such activities and holding harmless the Yeshu Samaj organization.
Further, the undersigned request that Yeshu Samaj allows them to participate in events/activities and, in consideration thereof, agrees to release now and forever discharge Yeshu Samaj, their officers and directors, their employees, their agents, and any parties volunteering on behalf of Yeshu Samaj from all actions, claims, costs, expenses or damages of any kind growing out or related to any activities of Yeshu Samaj in which the undersigned participates.
